Z Studios Game & Apps Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Z Studios Game & Apps (“Z Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects,
uses, shares, and safeguards personal data in connection with our all kinds of software, mobile games,
applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It applies to all of our
products published on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
This document provides a general, comprehensive framework. App- or game-specific notices (e.g., store “Data
safety/App Privacy” disclosures) may supplement this policy.
Note: Your rights and our obligations may vary by jurisdiction. Please review
the region-specific provisions that apply to you.

- “Device Information”: Device type, OS, language/region, settings, advertising
identifiers (AAID/IDFA), etc.
- “Usage Data”: In-app interactions, session duration, feature usage, crash logs,
performance metrics, etc.
- “Cookies and Similar Technologies”: SDKs, pixels, local storage, and related
tracking/measurement technologies.
Data We Collect
The data we collect depends on the product, features you use, and permissions you grant:
- Identity and Contact: Nickname, username, email (for account creation or support).
- Device and Technical: Device model, OS version, language, time zone, IP address (for
coarse location), app version, advertising ID (GAID/IDFA).
- Usage and Gameplay: Progress, scores, achievements, session count/duration, feature
usage.
- Diagnostics and Crash Data: Performance metrics, error/crash logs (e.g., Firebase
Crashlytics).
- Location: Coarse location (country/region) inferred from IP; precise location only with
explicit permission.
- Purchase Information: In-app purchase validation data. Payments are processed by
Apple/Google; we do not store your card details.
- User Content: Text, screenshots, or other materials you submit in support requests.
- Marketing Preferences: Notification opt-in status, ad personalization consent/refusal.
Note: Some of our apps may be designed to operate without collecting personal data at all. Please
check the product’s store listing for app-specific details.
Sources of Data
- Directly from you (account, support requests, permissions).
- Automatically from your device and usage (via SDKs and in-app events).
- From third-party platforms (Apple, Google) and service providers (analytics, ad networks).
Purposes and Legal Bases
We process data for the following purposes (legal bases depend on your region):
- Provide and operate the Services: Core functionality, gameplay, bug fixes (Performance
of contract; Legitimate interests).
- Analytics and improvement: Usage statistics, performance and stability (Legitimate
interests; Consent in some regions).

- Advertising and marketing: Personalized/non-personalized ads, campaign measurement

Where required, we seek your explicit consent for personalized advertising. You may withdraw consent at any

Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party SDKs
Our products may integrate third-party services (vary by title), such as:
- Google Play Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics
- AdMob, Google Marketing Platform
- Unity Ads / Unity Mediation, Unity Analytics
- AppLovin, ironSource, Meta Audience Network
- Adjust, AppsFlyer (campaign attribution)
- Sentry (error tracking)
- Supabase (authentication, database, storage)
- Godot Engine, Unreal Engine (game engines)
- Microsoft .NET (development framework/runtime)

Note: Godot Engine, Unreal Engine, Unity Engine, Python, java and .NET are development
tools/runtimes and typically do not process end‑user data by themselves; processing depends on the
integrated services within your app.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our apps and websites may use SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies for measurement, security, debugging,
and advertising. You can manage certain permissions and controls via device or app settings.
Sharing of Data
We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Analytics, advertising, cloud hosting, customer support tools.
- Platform Partners: Apple, Google (license validation, purchase confirmation).
- Legal and Safety: Where required by law or to protect our rights.
- Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales (subject
to appropriate confidentiality and privacy safeguards).
We do not “sell” personal data in the traditional sense. In some jurisdictions, targeted advertising may be

Retention

Preferences and Controls
- Ad ID and personalized ads:
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads or Settings > Privacy > Ads
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (manage per‑app permissions)
- Notifications: Disable via device settings.
- App permissions (location, photos, microphone, etc.): Manage via device settings.
- Account/Data Deletion: If a title offers account‑based features, use in‑app options
or email us.
Do Not Track
As there is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to
them. Where supported, we endeavor to respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
Store Compliance
- Google Play: We comply with the User Data policy and complete the Data safety form.
- Apple App Store: We comply with App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and App Privacy
disclosures.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective Date” and, where required,
provide additional notice for material changes.
